Q - What is your return policy?
Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns of new and unused* products within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund back to your original payment method or online store credit to use for future purchases. Returns will exclude the outbound shipping costs and any return label fees. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
*Unless faulty, cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged

Q - Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. You can return the product instead of exchange.
Q - An item in my order was damaged in transit! What should I do?
Please send us an email at info@kbeautyshine.com with your order number, an image of the damaged item, and the package your order was shipped in, and our team is happy to help you!
Q - An item is missing from my package! Where is it?
Orders may be split into two (or more) shipments depending on the size of your order and the availability of the items in our shipping locations.
Your shipping confirmation will include a summary of each package’s items and your tracking number. If any of your items are not included in the confirmation, this will mean that your order is shipping in multiple packages. Keep an eye out for any additional shipping confirmations for the remainder of your items.

Q - My order shows it was delivered, but I can't locate it. What do I do?
If your tracking information is confirming delivery and you are unable to locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with your neighbours or family members to confirm the package was not left with them
- Looking at surrounding areas to confirm if the package was left around the premises
- Contacting the carrier as sometimes instances with errors may occur

Payments
Q - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna.
Q - What currencies do you accept?
All orders are charged in GBP. Please note that all refunds are issued in GBP so any discrepancies in the amount will be due to the conversion rate at the time of processing.
Q - What is Klarna?
Klarna allows customers to pay overtime for transactions with no interest. A soft credit check is required to utilize Klarna, which does not affect your credit score. Additional information is available at Klarna.com.
Q - How do I use Klarna?
At checkout, choose Klarna as your payment method. You will be directed to the Klarna website to register or sign in with an existing account.
Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e., Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover), but please note that they do not accept prepaid cards. Once you have confirmed payment, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Q - What can I use Klarna for?
Klarna can be used to pay for all products excluding KBS e-gift cards. Please note, all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Klarna, and the cart value must be a minimum value of £30.00
Q - When will my items be delivered if I use Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered within our standard shipping time frames based on your shipping destination.
Q - How do I return an item purchased with Klarna?
To initiate your return, visit our Returns Centre and enter your email address to begin the process. Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 days to reflect in your Klarna account. For more details, please visit Klarna’s FAQs here.
Q - Can I use Klarna if I'm an international customer?
Klarna is available in the US, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, and the UK. Customers with other international billing addresses will not be able to create a Klarna account.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping Update
Orders under £35 will incur a £3.99 delivery fee (2-3 working days). Orders over £35 will qualify for free delivery (2-3 working days). We also offer next day delivery for £5.99 on orders placed before 12pm
Monday - Friday Only
Q - When will my order ship?
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Orders placed between Friday evening and Sunday are being processed over the weekend, however, they’ll be collected by Royal Mail on Monday (or the next working day)
Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. It may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Q - Where will my order ship from? How long will it take for it to arrive?
All KBeautyShine orders are shipped from the U.K. Orders can take 3-5 business days once shipped to arrive at the destination.
Please note: If a wrong or incomplete delivery address is entered during the ordering process, we are not responsible for the lost parcel. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges for the re-delivery.
